I am grateful that I found this type of business. It’s a great business model with lots of support. The binder and hands on training was invaluable as a new franchise owner. So much information was in there. Forms to use, processes, hints for sales and delivery, hiring practices, contracts, marketing materials etc were provided. The corporate headquarters is close by and easily accessible. Support is always a phone call. text or email away. Face to face meetings are easy to arrange. The support from the other owners has also been wonderful. The support provided is at the level I require, when I require it. Lots of training in the beginning and base touching as the business progresses. The yearly company meetings are looked forward to where much information is shared and future growth is explored. I feel like a partner in helping to shape the future of the program. The flexibility to run the business as it fits my area is huge.
